- Open your HighLevel account on your desktop.
- Navigate to AI Agents and click Conversation AI.
- Click Create a New Bot or open an existing bot to configure its behavior.
- Select your preferred operating style by choosing either Autopilot Mode or Suggestive Mode.
Part 2: Open the Mobile Engine
Now that your bot is configured and ready, let's take it on the road.
- Open the HighLevel or LeadConnector app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Conversations tab.
- Select an active conversation from a supported messaging channel such as SMS, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram.
